What changed
The guide now uses different checklists for shoes, apparel, bags and electronics instead of repeating one generic list. It emphasizes identity, visible condition and measurements, and it avoids treating photos as proof of material composition, authenticity or performance.
Return timing and packaging conditions were added from Pikobuy's current public policy so readers understand why QC should be reviewed promptly.
How we separate fact from advice
The facts in this article come from Pikobuy's public pages reviewed on July 29, 2026. When the official site states a process or rule, we identify it as an official fact. When we suggest a way to compare a listing, read a warehouse photo or plan a parcel, that is editorial guidance from Pikobuyy—not a promise from Pikobuy. This distinction matters because marketplace listings, shipping routes, return eligibility and prices can change after an article is published.
Pikobuy does not publicly disclose reliable country-by-country user counts, a universal delivery time or one fixed international shipping rate. We therefore do not invent those numbers. Pikobuy Shipping Policy
The transportation policy explains inspection limits, transfer handling and risks outside the warehouse.
- Transferred goods are unpacked for inspection and warehouse photos are supplied for confirmation.
- Special or professional products do not receive professional inspection; detailed photos may need to be purchased.
- Parcels use third-party logistics, and customs, loss, damage, confiscation and peak delays remain cross-border risks.
Pikobuy Returns & Exchanges
The return page sets a precise request window and explains when a return is still conditional.
- The request window is 120 hours after the order becomes “Warehoused,” counted from the next hour.
- Eligibility still depends on seller support, seller agreement, marketable condition and intact packaging, tags or seals where required.
- An unconditional return can include delivery to the warehouse, return delivery to the seller and a 5 RMB service fee.
