For an eligible seller and item, Pikobuy says a return request can be submitted within 120 hours, counted from the next hour after the order becomes “Warehoused.” Seller rules and resale condition still apply.
QC photos are evidence of visible condition, not proof of authenticity, material composition, comfort or durability. Pikobuy also says special and professional products cannot receive professional inspection.
